In 2024, a customer from the Middle East told us that our outer packaging boxes were thinner than before. After checking the samples, our after-sales team found that the boxes were lighter because the box supplier reduced the quality to save costs. After confirming with the customer that no packaging was damaged during delivery, we quickly created a solution:

For the next order, we will give the customer one extra box of each product type.
We will send the customer a box of T-shirts printed with their logo to help them attract more customers.
